How can i make Mutt automaticly recode e-mails from one character set to another one?

I found that Mutt converts subjects with Russian letters to Quoted-printable.
How can i make him to not do this?

I have some letters that comes to me with "To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]". Every time
i responding this message i need to add "CC: [EMAIL PROTECTED]". Now i do this
by hands. Is there any way to do it automatically?
