When using group-reply or list-reply the sender address should
never be included in the CC header (because I already save a copy
of all outgoing messages in the inbox). I cannot figure out how
to enforce this from the manual.

Hello,
my mailto: handler was mutt.desktop, and it worked just perfect. Until
today.
Today I had a bug filed in chromium browser, as it was an extension with
unwanted redirection. I have removed the extension. And used bleachbit
to remove some cache and so on.
Now, mailto: handler is not working
