getmail is much more straightforward to set up, with a cleaner
configuration file. It doesn't have ridiculous default options like SMTP
injection instead of MDA delivery, a la fet

Don't know about Bugs, but since .21 threading messages is quite some
faster. Maybe check out .22.

mysteriously purged the last 15 days worth of email. I intended to
quit and restart it, but it said 'writing mailbox...', and then
reopened it with 15 days worth of emails gone. :'( This is a serious
