Charset based on mail content?

Hi! How can I tell mutt to use "charset=iso-8859-15" to encode mails written by me as soon as the mail's body contains an 'ยค' (Euro, 0xA4 in latin0) character? Doing this in the editor is not an option, since this has to work with text piped into mutt on the cmdline, too. All other 8bit mails s
