when mutt prompts for a yes/no response, e.g., when you try to save a
message to a folder that does not exit, it displays a yes/no prompt,
e.g.,
Create /home/siegert/Mail/xyz? ([yes]/no):
If you then answer "no", you get the mystifying response:
