I guess I could answer my own question with what I found. The config
below works for me. Not sure if this is the most effecient or correct
way to do it. Any suggestions/feedback?

I want to use the IMAP functionality of mutt to read just specific
labelled emails in GMail. For example, I have a 'mutt' label
associated with this email address and I want to read just these email
in mutt. I am not interested in all the other emails that might be in
