Still getting the message indicating that the message Flags may be
wrong. I am still not getting new mail in my INBOX folder.
Any thoughts?

This is not an error message, it is an informational message that is
displayed when mutt detects (you guessed it)

mailboxes =INBOX

This is wrong, mailboxes is not a variable and that will expand to
imap://exchange.hq.domain.com/imap://exchange.hq
For some reason mutt is unable to download new mail once the program
is open. It will download new mail when mutt is first launched and
initialized, however I get an error message "Mailbox was externally
modified. Flags may be wrong"
My muttrc file is listed bellow.
Any help in fixing this woul
