macro compose jb "f\Ca\CkJoe \\n"
macro compose jj "f\Ca\CkJoe Bloggs \\n"
macro compose jf "f\Ca\CkJonathon \\n"
What this does is before I send my mail, push [esc] button then jj and I
become Joe Bloggs
or [esc] jf and I become Jonat
