Jeremy,
Glad you find it useful. I always hated having to put plaintext passwords into
config files, so one day I decided I was going to beat that rap--and the rest
is history, as they say.

set my_realname='Todd\ Hesla'

BTW, I use gpg-agent to avoid having to key in my passphrase multiple times per
day.

the 5000

(without anything getting stripped off)?
Thanks again for your time.

off. Is there any way to change
this behavior?
Thanks for your time.
(BTW, I'm using Mutt 1.5.20, on Fedora 13.)

Cameron,
Thanks a lot for your comments. I really appreciate your taking the time to
read my emails, and to reply with helpful information. I will definitely
incorporate your suggestions into my .muttrc file, to make it more
bullet proof.

me to imagine that there's anything amiss in my setup.
I'm just running stock mutt 1.5.20 on stock Fedora 13, right out of the box.
I haven't changed a thing.
I'll keep racking my brains (and the various mutt docs) on this one, you may
be sure, but if you (or anyone else list
r 6, Section
6) is saying? It seems to imply that, with the simple .muttrc file I showed
in my previous message, that the "folder" variable will be set to the
specified value when I enter the INBOX of one of the IMAP accounts. (And
this is certainly not occurring.) But maybe that's
relevant docs,
MuttGuide/Receive
MuttGuide/Folders
MuttGuide/UseIMAP
MuttFaq/RemoteFolder
mutt.sourceforge.net/imap
don't seem to shed any light on the situation.
How can I get this to work as advertised? Or am I just misunderstanding how
it's supposed to work?
Thanks for your time reading this.
