I do tag several email and save them to a folder in one attempt. How do I
'delete' or mark the contents of the email folder as 'read' in one attempt?

I have maildir format mailbox. After I read my email from mutt, the maildir/new
directory is not updated until I exit Mutt. Mutt seems to write and update
these directories only when I exit from Mutt. Is there anyway to update the
maildir directories once I read the email?

The index format does not change. I have even downloaded version 1.01 and installed it.
Thet's not solving the problem either.

I have "set edit_hdrs", which allows me to edit my headers.
I have "set askcc" too. If I decide to Cc, someone WHILE typing the note,
can I add the alias in the Cc field, or do I have to type the FQA?
