Why do I get this note?
I have a web server set up at http://fyrenice.com/ and it works fine,
as far as accessing my Mailman installation, but Mailman won't send
out (or rather, my SYSTEM won't process the emails that Mailman DOES
send or attempt to send out) notices to list members.

There used to be a slew of such mappings at wiki.mutt.org but right now
practically all the links appear to be broken.
