as pointed out on #mutt, the quoting behaviour of the new format=flowed
(f=f for short) handler as added to the source after 1.5.14 is different
than before: When replying to f=f messages, empty lines are left empty
whereby an empty line is a line without further content after the
quotin

I'm running mutt on Linux and Solaris with a common home. I'm using
msmtp as my 'sendmail'. Obviously I need a different copy of msmtp to
be run on Linux and Solaris.
However it seems to me that mutt requires the full path to 'sendmail'
in the muttrc file and that's a bit difficult to do in my p
