The file "keymap_defs.h" is missing. You can build it with "make
keymap_defs.h" after the configure-run.

I tried to compile Mutt 1.3.1i with --with-ssl and --enable-imap. But the
following happend:

I try to have the setup where the settings for GPG are loaded by default
and where i can switch between GPG and PGP 2.6.3 by pressing 1 and
2.
However, when i have pressed 2 the settings for PGP are loaded (the
RSA key is used for signing instead of DSS), but making a signature
