I'm curious about this. I understand that one can use functions within a
macro by putting them in .
For example, I can make a macro like this:
macro index I "foobar\n"
and it works fine.
Why can't I make a macro:
macro index X "y"
Is not permitted using the feature?

If you want automatic view, then you have to convert uuencode to MIME
