I tried doing the same in evolution 2.10.1 and it happily creates and
deletes
such folders ( "test ) without any problem!
So definitely its a mutt _ONLY_ bug.

Hi,
If a create the same folder ( "test ) in /INBOX folder
then it gets deleted with no problems.
However if the starting folder is names "test then mutt is unable to
delete
it.
