Does %ANDROID_SDK_PATH%\platform-tools\adb.exe exist?
Is your IDE properly configured? In Visual Studio:
* Click Tools > Options...
* In the left-hand tree, select Xamarin > Andro
For those that have seen and commented on this in the past, I'm still trying
to figure this out. I've trimmed the code from the last posting and am
getting closer (I think).
