Didn't help. I also tried restarting the whole computer, but no luck.
Side note: The "Refresh" button in the "Select Device" window will
also restart the adb server.

On my other computer I see all three and have the option to start one.
If I manually start an emulator it does appear. The Ok button never
lights up, but if I double-click on it my application will
deploy.However I can't debug. Breakpoints are not honored and an
exception will simply crash the app
Afaik you have to start one of the emulators before it will appear in
the select device list.

When I try to run my android application from MonoDevelop the "Select Device"
window is empty. There are three emulators listed in the AVD manager.
On my other computer I see all three emulators in the Select Device window.
Any idea what went wrong?
