I had the same issue where the installer would say that everything was
installed. I ran the installer multiple times, after reinstalling
monodroid, etc, and nothing worked. What finally worked for me was when I
ran the installer again, I clicked on the "Click here to configure internet
proxy sett

I had the same problem. Downloaded the setup.exe to install Mono for Android.
It scanned my system and said I had everything installed (which I didn't)

I even tried this installer on an XP machine and ran into the same issue. I
am now wondering if this is really an OS issue or some bug with their
