I'm having the same problem, but on a Low End Sony Ericcson device (X8)
running android 2.3. I can deploy to various devices without problem (Galaxy
Note II, Galaxy Ace, Acer Iconia A100, Samsung GT-I9050, etc.). But it fails
on this one which I use to test how responding are my apps on low end

I wish I could say I found a solution, unfortunately my problem vanished,
but, I completely wiped my machine to upgrade to Windows 8, basically
everything is different on my machine, so I have no way of know what fixed
it. Sorry!
