Patching Mono.Posix would be ok. Just didn't wanted to patch the unmanaged
part.

into that binary so that Mono.Posix.dll
is working. I tried to avoid patching anything because updating Core Droid
for newer mono versions should be easy and fast.
Core Droid is also without valuable(at least for me :D ) but
libMonoPosixHelper would be very useful.

Is there a way to write and execute a linux console application with mono
for android?
I want to include it in a service written with mono and execute it via
Java.Lang.Runtime.Exec()
