I have a library that is used across multiple types of projects (CF, ASP.NET,
WPF, and now Android). This is the business logic library and as such has
resource files for error messages. In porting to Monodroid the main
application uses the standard Android folder structure for localization.

I don't see anything in the Activity class that should oppose being
run as Home on M4A. So you will just have to make a AndroidManifest
that allows your app to be a Home screen.
