The Register Namespace form at
https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=apply_mod does nothing when
I click the "Submit to [EMAIL PROTECTED]" button. The globe doesn't spin or
anything; it's like the button is not even there.

Exporter module.
I wanted to rewrite a couple simple modules to make them more capable, and I
also wanted to remove the default exports. After all, the new way
