Remove Sort::PolySort from module list

Hi Andreas, A little while ago I was installing Sort::PolySort under Cygwin system and after troubles I contacted the author, Daniel. He informed me that the module is too ancient and obsolotele by now, so perhaps it is time to "grey out" the module at page: http://cpan.valueclick.com/modu
