I haven't heard back yet on my Cisco module. If I don't hear
something soon, I'll go with Cisco::Reconfig.
While I was waiting, I wrote another module. It's in a crowded
space: select()-wrappers. It's most similar to IO::Multiplex but
provides a complete Filehandle-like interface with event

I've written another module. As far as I know this module does not
duplicate the functionality of any existing module. Unfortunantly,
the obvious name Cisco::Conf is already taken.
My working title is 'XYZ'. Please suggest something better :-)
I've considered Cisco::Parse but I don't like it
