The one that I want to drop permissions for is namespace “Connection”, because
it is now treated by PAUSE as the same thing as “connection”. In the past they
were treated as separate namespaces, so it was ok for you both to own them.

I’m emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat: I’m working on resolving conflicts
caused by PAUSE now considering package names case insensitively. This has left
us with some situations where people are owners of namespaces previously
considered distinct, and now considered the same.
