I think I've only ever had co-maint on this.
I would guess that Sean is the one who put it up for adoption.

I had asked BINGOS for co-maint a long time ago when we were using this module
at $work. This was before it was transferred to ADOPTME. I had planned to work
on it at some point, but we no longer use this module, so I have no plans to
release anything. This works for me.
