I have changed the module list entry from PETDANCE to JFEARN.
I have given up comaint on HTML::Element.
That should get me out of this discussion entirely, I believe.

Hmmm. I re-checked PAUSE immediately before sending that message, and
you were still listed as owner. But when I check
Jeff Fearn (JFEARN), the current maintainer of HTML-Tree, has agreed to
make me co-maintainer, and has done so for the modules he owns.
But a couple of previous maintainers are still listed as the owner of
some of the modules in the HTML-Tree dist, so Jeff can't give me
co-maint on them.
