David, I checked my spam folder. This morning when I checked my email, both responses came in last night, one at 12:23AM the second at 12:53, but both tokens had expired. I requested another reset, and received the email immediately in less than a minute. So this is no longer a problem. Thanks,

I requested a password reset token yesterday evening and again this morning but I have yet to receive any emails. I verified my cpan.org email address is linked to my userid. What do I need to do to reset my password. Thanks, Paul
