I checked my spam folder.
This morning when I checked my email, both responses came in last night,
one at 12:23AM the second at 12:53, but both tokens had expired. I
requested another reset, and received the email immediately in less than a
minute.
So this is no longer a problem.

Glad to hear it. I separately got word of some problems with the email
servers, so that may have been related.

I verified my cpan.org email address is linked to my userid.
What do I need to do to reset my password.
