Hello:
Last year I reached out to you (modules@perl.org) and Pedro about becoming a
co-maintainer on Net::Amazon::S3. The existing maintainer Pedro has done one
release in the last year, and last touched the module on Github in September.
I’ve had existing pull requests open for almost a year
