Given that MIME::Base64 is a dual-life module, I’d like to check that Sawyer
and P5P are happy for you to take it on.
I’ll make it clear that I think that this is fine, and you’re an appropriate
person to take on such a module.

Hi Everyone,
rjbs was recently able to get in contact with Gisle Aas about a few
things. One thing Gisle is up for is the responsible adoption of his
modules. MIME::Base64 is waiting on a few PRs right now.
I'd like to take that on and get those PRs merged and cut a release.
