Thanks Brian. I found a way to fix this issue. I have installed ActivePerl
in my windows machine. I was able to run "PPM" tool in windows command
prompt. That frontend automatically fdetect the intalled and unistalled
modules. So we can select what ever the module we wat and download it and
install
