There is just one small remaining issue, which is probably down to the history
of CGI.pm -> CGI. RT has two bugtrackers for CGI, and i don't seem to have the
requisite permissions to manage tickets in the CGI.pm queue:

I am using WSFTP (FTP tool) and am trying to install CGI.pm.
I am having a bit of trouble.
Does anyone have any suggestions or help on the best way to install a module
on a remote server, is there any particular software or ftp tool that will
make it easier to access a remote UNIX server
