The quickest way for me to sort this out was to drop STEVAN's co-maints, and
force a reindexing on PERLANCAR's latest release of Array-Iterator, which
should give him first-come on the other modules, and then I'll add the
co-maints.

Hello,
It seems the submodules of the Array::Iterator distribution
(Array::Iterator::BiDirectional, Array::Iterator::Circular,
Array::Iterator::Reusable) have only comaint permissions assigned to the
original author STEVAN, and no first-come. The main module Array::Iterator
has first-come assigned
