to take him off as co-maintainer, and I apparently didn't reply soon
enough, so he must have gone ahead and deleted everything instead.

Thanks for that - I've transferred first-come on Archive::Tar::Wrapper to
Graham (HAARG).
Here's what I think happened:
• You did the first N releases of Archive-Tar-Wrapper, from 2005 to 2015. As a
result, you had the first-come indexing permission.
• You gave co-maint on it to ARFRE

I would like to adopt the Archive::Tar::Wrapper CPAN module. The
previous maintainer (ARFREITAS) has removed all of their releases and
permissions from CPAN.
I don't have any grand plans for the module. Just to make sure there
is a working release on CPAN, and dealing with bugs as they are
