and getting an error when logging in saying I'm set to nologin. Please

After many years of inactivity, I am trying to log in to PAUSE again. I
forgot the old password, so I reset it, and now I see the following error:
User 'PBOYD' set to nologin. Many users with an insecure password have got
their password reset recently because of an incident on perlmonks.org.
Pleas
