You (Zefram) are currently the maintainer of Time::HiRes according to
PAUSE. The last CPAN release of Time::HiRes was 2 years ago next month.
Since Time::HiRes is P5P bundled, regular releases are important of the
module. As I've asked you privately, what are your plans for resuming
maintenance
