In the 0.01 and 0.03 versions, I had put the version information in the
UMLS::SenseRelate::TargetWord module which was a mistake. I removed it and
the version information now just resides in UMLS::SenseRelate. I am not
able to upload the file now though (see below). I

pause account (btmcinnes) on Friday. I am not seeing it updated yet.
