Hi, I'm interested in maintaining Test::Smoke. I got in touch with H.Merijn Brand that is OK to let me take care of this role. Technically, I think I should get granted FIRST-COME on this along with him (https://metacpan.org/author/HMBRAND) as CO-MAINT and Bram (CPAN ID?) also as (new) CO-MAINT
