[namespace] new XPath module

Namespace already taken by someone else. What to do?

The namespace SVG::Graph is taken by MRMIKE who does not use it and who does not respond to mail. My module perfectly fits this name. (see http://search.cpan.org/doc/TEUN/SVGGraph-0.01/SVGGraph.pm) Is it possible for me to use this namespace? TEUN
