I wrote to the list a week ago.
The maintainer of Compress::Bzip2 does not want to support and maintain
his Compress::Bzip2 anymore.
He agreed to hand over the Module to me but I did not find a description
how to do this.
I wrote some fixes for the module and want to publish them.
