in, I understand why. Hopefully I will not be committing a gross

I just uploaded a little ditty which I have named CELL -- an acronym
which stands for Configuration, Error-handling, Localization, and
Logging. It's part of the infrastructure for a project I'm working on,
but since it's generic in nature, I split it off into a separate
project.
