before uploading a new module, I always use the PAUSE web site to apply
for a namespace; I had assumed that this would then create an entry
in the modlist. But the following modules are missing in the modlist,
although they have been (hopefully properly) announced:
* Attribute::Util
* Attrib

I've used Neil Bower's cpan-upload program to upload quite a few modules
by now, but have only now checked on the DSLIP status (via pause.kbx.de)
and noted that none of those modules appear in the select box (in order
to amend the module metadata).
