2API is the hierarchy for modules which just
provide Window 32bit API. For what Win32API is? Is Win32API
obsoleted?
Does anyone know the history or discussion when Win32API was made?

delete Win32::MIDI::API which I released last week from CPAN by
using PAUSE, and release Win32API::MIDI? Are there any problem on
this?
