I've had an offer from François Isabelle (ISABELLF) to help with
maintenance of the XML::SAX distro. I'd like to give François
co-maintainer permissions but it turns out I can't because I only have
co-maintainer myself.

I'm currently trying to sort out the situation regarding the
distribution of XML:SAX::Base. My question is: did it work?
The back story is that XML::SAX::Base was released on CPAN, but some
time later Matt Sergeant did a release of XML::SAX that included the
XML::SAX::Base dist
