Problem:
- packages without a VERSION
Why?
- CPAN indexer indexes them as version 0.
- CPAN (the module) interprets their version as undef.
Consequence:
when running 'r' in the cpan shell, I get lots of messages like this:
HTML::Mason::Apache::Request undef 0
