I've been running into errors with my latest distribution, to the point
where I deleted the last release and re-released it under a new name, after
several failed attempts at reindexing. The 16.1.0 release originally failed
on April 28 with error
"ERROR: Database error occurred during index
It's correct.
And I found a way to reset my password.
