Adopting SQL::SplitStatement

Hi, I reached out to you before about adopting SQL::SplitStatement. It's been added as an upstream dep of something that I use, and it doesn't parse PG dollar quoted strings correctly, thus breaking my code. Would you be able to give me maintenance permissions?
