XERN gave me co-maint on Lingua::PT::Stemmer, so I could do a release of
Lingua-PT-Stemmer, but forgot that the dist also contains Lingua::GL::Stemmer.
So I’ve just given myself co-maint, to save hassling XERN again (who I’ve
copied on this email).
