Unfortunately, he can't. The old module list management screens are
disabled. Transferring registered modules now requires Andreas.

You only have permission over the singular form. You could get
"Date-Holiday-PT" indexed, but you can't get "Date-Holidays-PT" indexed.
I don't know which is the preferred form. But if you want the plural from

According to the 06perms file, you don't yet have permissions:
Date::Holidays::PT,COG,m
Unfortunately the "m" means it was registered on the module list, so first
we need Andreas to change that to "f" for COG and then COG can transfer it
to you if that is what is intended.
