Is HTML::FormatData still being maintained? It has had no work for 5
years even though it has a number of CPAN failures and outstanding bugs.

Why did this fail to index? 3.01 is not less than 3.01.
lib/Astro/FITS/Header.pm was not changed between releases so the version did
not get incremented. I take it that I always need to increment the version
number in the primary file even though the Build.PL lists a different global
version number
